Subgroup Tips and Tricks

Natalie Beaton has always enjoyed the challenge of finding a way to create a patient list, series of correspondences, or specialized reports for a highly specific group of patient or dentists. She will discuss how to set up a basic subgroups within Edge Cloud and ViewPoint. She will demonstrate the reports that benefit from a more specific group of criteria and how to create those subgroups.

Natalie asks that you email specific subgroups that you would like to create to joyfulchange@comcast.net (i.e. I want a list of all patients 18 years and younger that have no appointment scheduled and are in WCB/Pending status and were seen for an exam in the last 18 months) at least three days prior to the webinar. She will work to help come up with a subgroup that will meet your specific needs and present that subgroup during the webinar. This can include groups of patients that need specific correspondences or reports that need certain criteria. Email that subgroup that you have never been able to create, and she will do her best to solve your subgroup riddle before the webinar. Bring it on!
