Amy was born in Ames, Iowa and has lived here most of her life. She graduated from Iowa State University in May of 2005 with a double major in Marketing and Psychology, also having spent a semester abroad in Swansea, Wales. Amy worked at Ortho2 throughout college part-time as an Office Clerk and had a summer Internship. She accepted the Corporate Relations Manager position after graduating from ISU and transitioned into the Director of Marketing and Corporate Relations in 2008. Amy met her husband, Corey, at Ortho2 and they are joined at home by daughter, Isabella.

Amy enjoys traveling, reading, running, and spending time with friends and family. She also enjoys going to movies and watching TV. Some of her favorite things to watch include ISU Cyclone sports because she has been and will continue to be a Clone fan for life!

Barb grew up in a family of seven on a farm near Gillett Grove, Iowa. After high school, Barb attended college for one year at University of South Dakota in Vermillion, South Dakota. Then, she says, she, "Came home and married my high school sweetheart, Robert Williams." As Robert's career took him throughout the Midwest, Barb finished up her education. She has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a major in Management and a minor in Marketing from Missouri Western State University. She started in the Accounting Department at Ortho2 in April, 2002 and says, "I enjoy being part of a fun and friendly work environment!" Of her family, Barb says, "My husband and I are adjusting to an empty nest. Our sons, Spencer and Gabe, both attend college and participate in cross country and track at the collegiate level. We attend as many of their events as possible.

Hobbies/Interests:
Barb enjoys walking, riding her bike, and working out at a nearby fitness center. She also enjoys watching movies and reading for entertainment.

Cathie was born and raised in Nevada, Iowa. She moved back to Iowa in 1998 after spending five years in Rapid City, SD and five years in Charlotte, NC. She currently lives in Nevada with her son, who was born in 1998. In January, 2001 Cathie graduated from Hamilton College in Des Moines with a Computer System Technician Diploma and MCSE certificate.

had grew up in Council Bluffs, IA and moved to Ames to study Computer Engineering at Iowa State University. While at Iowa State Chad met his future wife, Bre. His career at Ortho2 started in Software Support, before moving to Hardware Support, and finally to Product Development. Bre and Chad are eagerly awaiting the birth of their first child.

Coreen was born and raised in central Iowa. She graduated from Ellsworth Community College in 1990 and started her career in the administrative / accounting field. Coreen joined Ortho2 in February of 1998 as an Accounting Assistant and now works as the Accounting Manager. She married her husband, Scott, in 1996 and they have two children who keep them busy! McKenna was born in 1998 and Zachary was born in 2003.

Coreen loves to scrapbook, read, and watch movies. She also enjoys hanging out with family and friends playing games and cards. During the football season, you can find Coreen and her family following the Roland-Story Norsemen every Friday night. Coreen and Scott are actively involved with their church’s AWANA youth program and VBS.

Background:
Corey was born and raised in the Ice Cream Capitol of the World, LeMars, Iowa. He enrolled at Iowa State University, where he received his B.S. in Management Information Systems with an E-Commerce certification. He joined the Ortho2 family in November of 2004, where he eventually met his bride to be. He is happily married and a new, proud father of a beautiful little girl.

Corey enjoys spending time with family and friends, playing video games, riding his motorcycle, and rooting on the Iowa State Cyclones, New York Jets, Los Angeles Lakers, and Chicago Bears.

Craig has been with Ortho2 since 1987 and is our systems consultant for California, Washington, and Hawaii. He also serves on the Ortho2 Board of Directors and explores new technologies for the company. He graduated from the University of California-Santa Barbara in 1986, and later received his Ph.D. from Pepperdine University. In addition to his work with Ortho2, Craig owns two dental imaging centers in southern California and maintains an active interest in conebeam 3D scanning and its application in orthodontics.

Background:
Craig spends his free time with his wife Cheryl & daughter Billie Rose. He is an avid Lakers fan and plays basketball regularly. He is also the co-founder of My Friend's Place, a center for the homeless in Los Angeles.

Dan grew up in Iowa and earned a computer science degree from Iowa State University in 1979. In the late 70's and early 80's he started four different computer software businesses, but Ortho2, founded in 1982 with Bill Iversen, proved to be the most successful. Dan married Pam in 1981. They have two grown daughters, and one granddaughter. (Daughter Amy is the company's Marketing Director.)

Hobbies/Interests:
Other than serving as Ortho2's president, Dan's favorite activities include spending time with Pam, family and friends, attending Iowa State sporting events, traveling, reading, and staying fit, as well as a variety of other activities, many of which seem to involve watching or working a screen.

Background:
Danetta was born in Council Bluffs, Iowa but moved to Ames when she was two months old and she has been here ever since. Danetta went back to school when she had three small boys and earned an Associate of Applied Sciences in Accounting Specialist degree. Her boys are all in their twenties now and she can finally say, "We made it!!" Before coming to Ortho2, Danetta worked in the accounting department for a local corporate office for eight years where she held several different accounting positions.

Denise grew up in Central Iowa, attended and graduated from a community college after high school, and has worked in Ames ever since. She started working at Ortho2 in 1998 and loves it. She is married to her high school sweetheart and they have a son that is attending Iowa State University in Ames and a daughter that will graduate from high school in 2011.

Denise enjoys working with stained glass, playing cards, bowling, doing counted cross stitch, reading, camping, and riding motorcycles. She also says, "I hold down the home front while my husband helps coach the high school wrestling team and serves in the Iowa Air National Guard. My kids, sisters, nieces, and nephew are truly the lights of my life.

Derek is a proud Iowa native who grew up in Central Iowa. He graduated college with a BA in Management of Information Systems in 2005. Before finding his place at Ortho2, he worked on computer installs and software support for a nationwide company. Since joining Ortho2, Derek has been able to travel around the country training offices. His goal is to do a training in every state.

Hobbies/Interests:
Derek is fortunate enough to be an Iowa Hawkeye fan. Growing up in the Ames area, it is a rare feat. He is a huge fan of Hawkeye football. In the off season, he enjoys making beer, watching movies, computers, billiards, and poker.

Diane joined the Ortho2 software support team in 1991. In 1994 Diane began traveling to train offices, while OneTouch, Ortho2’s DOS software, was the only product Ortho2 sold. Over the years she have visited more than 300 offices in ALL 50 STATES, and 6 Canadian provinces. Diane has some great travel adventures. She enjoys visiting National Parks from coast to coast and has been known to drive out of the way to visit them. Diane has a son, Jay, who is married to Tina. They have a son, Jack born in Oct. 2008 and another child due in 2010. She has a second son, Rich, and an adorable granddaughter, Taylor, born in June of 2001.

Diane is an avid rubber stamper and scrapbooker. She still enjoys travel, despite the trials and tribulations you experience when doing so. In the last few years Diane has had the pleasure of traveling outside the U.S., visiting England, Germany, Italy, and India, each in a separate trip. She also enjoys gardening, sewing, reading, carpentry, and walking, not necessarily in that order.

Doug graduated from Iowa State University with a degree in Communications. He worked for WHO television and the Iowa State Center followed by two years with Ticketmaster where he worked as an event programmer and client representative before joining Ortho2.

Doug spends his free time golfing, biking, playing basketball, and occasionally lounging around watching TV.

Frank attended Iowa State University. Prior to joining the Ortho2 family in 1994, he held several jobs ranging from restaurant management to working as a repossession agent. During his time at Ortho2 he has had the great fortune to have participated in many aspects of day to day operations from support to sales. Married in 1999, his family has grown to 4 with the addition of his 2 sons in 2001 and 2004.

Frank loves sports, spending as much time trying to play them as watching them. He has a love for gadgets of all types; the more complicated the better. And of course enjoys as much time as he can spend with his family.

Greg graduated Iowa State University with a degree in Aerospace Engineering. He has spent over a decade as a developer, currently specializing in the .NET ecosystem. He speaks regularly at developer events around the Midwest, and helped found the Iowa Code Camp.

Hobbies/Interests:
Greg lives a very active life along with his wife and four kids. The Wilson clan is heavily involved with Ames Minor Hockey and Cyclone Hockey. His family lives on a small hobby farm outside of Ames where they raise miniature Irish Dexter cattle, free range chickens and a pony. The family also bicycles together and has ridden RAGBRAI as "Team 6 on 1 Bike".

Jesse joined Ortho2 after spending a number of years in hotel and retail management. Jesse enjoyed his first year and a half as a Software Support Representative, before moving to his Systems Consultant position. "I had a great opportunity to assist in the training and support of offices making a transition to ViewPoint. As a Systems Consultant, now I get the pleasure of finding out what the office needs prior to their conversion, matching up their needs with a plan, and then doing everything I can to make their transition as pleasant and smooth as possible.

Hobbies/Interests:
Jesse spends much of his free time volunteering around his home community of Boone, Iowa where he is an active board member, coach, and umpire with his local Little League. In 2005, Jesse and his family had the opportunity of a lifetime umpiring the Little League Softball World Series. Jesse is also very involved with a number of philanthropic organizations such as Invisible Children and Resolve Uganda and has spearheaded mission trips to Honduras and Uganda. He very much enjoys spending time with his family and friends, and being the icebreaker at social events.

Jim is the Systems Consultant for the Northeastern and Rocky Mountain Societies, plus the Canadian provinces of Ontario, New Brunswick, Newfoundland, Nova Scotia, Prince Edward Island and Quebec. He graduated from Iowa State University with a degree in Marketing. Jim and his wife, Martha, are joined at home by their 3 children (Grace, Ryne and Joey).

Jo joined Ortho2 in 1990 as a Software Support Representative and Trainer. She now manages and coordinates daily operations of the software support department. Jo is an Iowa native. She is married with one son, a dog, and 3 cats. In addition to being part of Ortho2, Jo is also a chef, housekeeper, personal shopper, animal trainer, landscaper, life coach, mediator, and benefactor.

Jo enjoys gardening, painting, art, history, tag sales / flea markets, and refurbishing or renovating rooms, furniture, and houses.

John attended the Dallas Institute of Funeral Services, earning a degree is Mortuary Science. John is a licensed Funeral Director in Minnesota and Iowa. He worked in the funeral industry for ten years as a Funeral Director/Embalmer. Prior to being employed by Ortho2, John was an Administrative Assistant for the General Manager at a super regional mall. There he helped manage 1.2 million sq. ft. of office space in another office building.

John is currently working to convert an old church building into his home. He shares his house with three cats he rescued from a local shelter.

Joe attended Iowa State University majoring in Electrical Engineering. He worked 6 years in the electrical industry before joining the Ortho2 hardware team in 2001. In 2004, Joe moved to the Product Development team. His responsibilities include alpha and beta testing Ortho2’s product line.

Judy is an Ames local and proud to be an Ames High School graduate. She started at Ortho2 on the Software Support team and moved to the Communications team in 1997 where she was involved in the conversion of customers, in-house correspondence, and served as administrator for the company phone system. Judy advanced to the Customer Service department when it was created in 1999. She enjoys working with our customers, striving for excellence in their care, and administering over the telecom and facility services. Judy has two daughters. Daughter Monica is married to Richard and has two sons, Tyson, 8, and Carter, 6. Daughter Eva also has two sons, Patrick, 2, and Peyton, 3 months. Judy’s husband, Dave, is a pharmacist manager at a local Wal-Mart store. Beagles, Ellie, and Tobie balance out the family scene.

Judy is a cantor for a local church and a vocalist for a praise band, "Soundtrack" that travels all over the state of Iowa. She absolutely loves being a grandma, spending time with her 4 grandsons that live within 45 minutes of her house.

Judy joined the Ortho2 team in September of 2009. A native of the Des Moines area, she graduated from Drake University with a B.S. in Business Administration with a major in Marketing. She and her husband moved to Ames in 1995 so he could complete his engineering degree at ISU. They have been here ever since, keeping busy raising their 3 children.

Ken farmed in Iowa until he lost his leg in a car accident in 1979 at the age of 28. He graduated from Iowa State University in 1984 with a degree in Ag Business and worked for a couple of banks prior to 1990 when he joined Ortho2.

Kim has worked for Ortho2 for over 17 years. She started as a Customer Service Representative in 1992 and now assists the sales team. She also is the company project coordinator and meeting planner. Her favorite tasks are coordinating the Users Group Meeting every year and helping customers.

Kim enjoys camping in the summer with her family & friends. She volunteers for a non-profit organization for the National Wild Turkey Federation, as the Banquet Chairwoman. Kim coordinates their annual fundraiser banquet for Story County, Iowa.

Kurt grew up in eastern Iowa and graduated from the University of Northern Iowa with a Bachelor’s degree in Ecology & Systematics. He worked for various federal and state agencies in Virginia and California before moving to Chicago, IL to work in the IT support field. After two years in Chicago, Kurt moved to central Iowa and has been with Ortho2 since October of 2009.

Kurt enjoys reading, technology, camping, boating, and motorcycles.

Background:

Lindsey enjoys spending time with her family. Her son, Mason, born in March of 2009, keeps her pretty busy. She also likes cooking and trying new recipes with her husband. Lindsey is also an avid Iowa State Cyclone fan!

Lowell is originally from Shermer, Illinois, where he attended Shermer High School before moving to Ames so that he could become a Cyclone at Iowa State University. In addition to spending much of his free time playing in bands at ISU, Lowell majored in Political Science with a minor in English. Before joining Ortho2 as a software support representative and trainer in 1998, Lowell worked in quality assurance, network support, and ISO/QS9000 for a hydraulics company. In 2004 Lowell accepted the position of Equipment Support Manager.

Hobbies/Interests:
In a clear illustration of the level of commitment and loyalty Ortho2 employees have for their customers, Lowell married and now has a family with a young lady that he met at an Ortho2 Users Group Meeting. When not in the office or traveling around the country for meetings, Lowell enjoys movies, music, reading, and playing in the Boone Big Band and municipal concert band. Finding a balance between spending time with his wife and children and living and breathing all things Chicago Cubs takes up the majority of Lowell's time outside of work.

Background:
Marla has a Masters degree in Vocational Rehabilitation and a Bachelors degree in Recreation and Family Environment. Prior to working at Ortho2, Marla worked in the human services fields in recreation, child, and adult abuse investigations and treatment. She always seemed to be working in offices where computers were purchased for staff, but everyone was afraid to use them. Always looking for a challenge, Marla was the person who would delve in and learn how to use the computers and teach the rest of the staff. Marla is married to Mike and they own a local custom picture framing store, Gallery 319. On the weekends, she can be found working on the bookkeeping and helping out customers.

Marla and Mike are actively involved in the Ames Community Theater, both onstage and working behind the scene. She is the Co-Chair of the Old Town Neighborhood Association where they live. At home entertainment is always being provided by their four legged pets - two cats and one dog.

Matt attended Iowa State University majoring in Computer Science. He began working for Ortho2 in 1994 as an Equipment Technician and accepted a position on the Product Development team six months later. He is now the Vice President of Product Development.

Michelle grew up in northwestern Iowa and attended Wayne State College in Wayne, NE. She earned her BS in Computer Information Systems in 1998. That same year she married her high school sweetheart. In 2000 her husband’s job moved them to the Ames area and in 2003 they had their son, Drew. She started working for Ortho2 in June of 2003 in Software Support. In 2008 she joined the New Customer Care team.

Michelle’s life outside Ortho2 revolves around her family. She is very involved in her son’s activities, which include Taekwondo, football, baseball, soccer, and basketball. Besides running to and from practices and games, she enjoys reading, scrapbooking, and donating her time to support the fight against breast cancer.

Michelle attended Drake University and earned a B.A. in Journalism in 2008. She grew up in Fort Dodge, IA, and has been in the Des Moines, IA area since attending Drake.

After Graduating from Central College in Pella, Iowa with a B.A. in Computer Science, Micky spent time in the IT department of Maytag Corp before making the move to Ortho2. In the summer of 2008, Micky married his college sweetheart and they currently live in Ames.

Micky enjoys spending as much time as possible in the outdoors, where he is able to unwind and not think about anything computer related.

Background:
Mike worked for the USDA for two years in the customer service department. He is an A+ certified Computer technician as well as a Microsoft Certified Professional. He is currently working toward being Microsoft Certified in Windows XP and Vista.

Mike's interests include collecting antique books (on Africana, hunting, fishing, adventure, and exploration), fishing, hunting, cooking, and watching his children in competitive dance.

Mike grew up in Cedar Rapids, Iowa and graduated from Iowa State University in 2008 with a BFA in 3D Modeling/Animation and a minor in General Business. He had been working in software support fields throughout college and continues this work at Ortho2.

Mike grew up in eastern Iowa and went to college at Iowa State University and The Institute of Production and Recording in Minneapolis, MN. After graduating with an Audio Production Engineering degree, he worked in freelance music production and IT/Web server support before coming to Ortho2 in 2009.

Mike enjoys working on new music, keeping up with the ever changing entertainment industry, and spending time with his wife.

Mike is native born Iowan. He has been working with computers since the fourth grade. His first computer was a VIC-20. He went to college at DMACC, where he worked on computers, peripherals, certified Novell, Windows and UNIX networking, and programming. He enjoys learning and working with new technologies. Because of the diversity of the things he works with and a desire to learn anything, he sometimes considers himself a "Jack of all Trades."

Hobbies/Interests:
Of all the things in Mike's life, the greatest things come from his family and friends. He has always been an artist at heart and enjoys photography, art, sculpture, animation, film, programming, electronics, and anything that will allow him to express himself.

Background:
Paul earned his degree in Computer Science from Iowa State University in 1998, where he also played varsity tennis. He worked in the crop insurance information technology arena for 10 years, ending in 2008 as a IT Lead Analyst at John Deere. Paul began to work for Ortho2 in 2008 as a consultant. In Sept 2009, Paul was hired full time by Ortho2 to continue his work. Paul has been married to wife, Tracy, for five years and has a two year old daughter, Kaiya, who is more fun than a barrel of monkeys.

Pauly enjoys billiards, softball (chuck-and-duck), and golf.

Background:
Paul has a Bachelor's degree in Communications from Western Illinois University in Macomb, IL, and an Associate of Applied Science in Microcomputer Network Administration from Hamilton College in Mason City, Iowa. After a 10-year career in radio broadcasting, spent largely in the areas of news and sports, Paul shifted his focus to computer software support in May of 2000.

Hobbies/Interests:
Paul is a lifelong lover of basketball and tennis, and also plays golf in his spare time. His favorite television shows include NOVA, Nature, Mythbusters, Dirty Jobs, and Modern Marvels. His heroes include naturalist Sir David Attenborough; the late scientist, Carl Sagan; and the late comedian, George Carlin. His dream job would be voiceover narration of nature documentaries. Paul is also a member of the Central Iowa Cycling Club racing team.

Background:
Rick was with the Army Reserves at the 399th Combat Support Hospital based in Massachusetts as a combat medic from 1994 to 2000 and the 455th Field Hospital, 103rd Field Artillery in 2001 also as a Combat Medic. He worked in the IT department in the CVS cooperate Headquarters starting in 1997 before joining Ortho2 in 2002.

Rick enjoys reading books of all types particularly in U.S. History, natural history, and political science. Also, in his spare time, he enjoys writing, drawing, playing guitar, rock climbing, running, cooking, and spending time with his fiancée Melissa and her wonderful daughter Hannah.

Prior to Ortho2, Ron retired from the U.S. Air Force after serving for over 24 years, where he had worked maintaining several different models of fighter aircraft and traveled the world extensively during his career. He also served as squadron training coordinator and computer trainer. After retirement he attended college in his home state of Florida and worked there as a computer technician. After moving to Iowa he worked for CompUSA under contract with the local school district. Ron began working for Ortho2 in June 2001 as the Equipment Repair Technician. He handles all equipment repairs including RMA’s and maintains the loaner equipment inventory. Ron also assists in the sending of loaner equipment.

Hobbies/Interests:
Ron’s interests include his family and four dogs. He is active with the local Humane Society and enjoys doing just about anything outside. Other interests include gardening, fishing, reading, listening to classic rock music, and computers.

Sara grew up in Iowa and graduated from Iowa State University on August 1, 1987 with a BA in Speech Communications / English. She began her career at Ortho2 on August 13, 1987 in Software Support. “In the beginning” she travelled throughout the United States for onsite customer trainings, trade shows, and Users Group Meetings, and wrote promotional material, user documentation, and WordStar merge documents. Her position at Ortho2 has morphed along with the times, so Sara now writes and maintains online help systems, telecommuting 99.9% of the time, in order to be available for a rather demanding family life.

Hobbies/Interests: Sara loves to read, read, read, and read. When her voice gives out from reading aloud to her kids and cats, and eyes get too tired to see the page, she likes to knit and garden.

After finishing college Scott worked in freelance video production and editing, before joining Ortho2.

Shelby attended Augustana College in Sioux Falls, SD, earning her Bachelor of Arts in Business Communication.

Shelby lived in Ames for three years, then moved back to NW Iowa until July of 2009 when she moved back to Central Iowa. She currently resides in West Des Moines.
Shelby is married to her best friend, Jerrid, and is mother to, Lincoln, who she calls the sweetest baby ever. She loves photograpy, yoga, hanging out with friends, spending time with her boys, and relaxing.

Steve moved to the Ames area in 1993 to attend Iowa State University, where he earned a Bachelor’s degree in Meteorology in 1996. Previously he lived in Mason City, Iowa where he had owned and managed a hardware store. Steve started working in Software Support for Ortho2 in 1998. His job duties include phone support, webinar presentations, as well as on-line and on-site trainings. He has attended several Ortho2 Users Group Meetings and AAOs.

Hobbies/Interests:
Steve is a home brewer and brews beers that range from light to dark stouts. He says it is a great hobby that you can enjoy long after the work is done. Steve also has a large garden every year growing everything he needs to can his own spicy salsa.

Todd earned his Physics degree from Iowa State University in Ames, Iowa in 1992. He joined Ortho2 in 1992 as a Software Support Representative. Now, as Vice President, Todd directs the daily operations of Ortho2.

Tony grew up in Rock Valley, IA, which is located in the northwest corner of the state. He moved to Ames in 1998 to attended Iowa State University and graduated in 2003.

Tricia grew up in Jewell, a small town north of Ames. After high school graduation she moved to Washington DC for a year where she was a nanny for a two year old little girl. Tricia has worked for Ortho2 for 20 years. She was employee number seven. She started the year the OneTouch Grid Scheduler was released and says, "It has been fun watching the company grow to what it is today!" Tricia has had various positions at Ortho2 which include Software Support, Onsite Trainer, Word Processing Specialist, and currently the Report Specialist. In September 1994 Tricia married her husband, Kevin. They have two children, Dylan, born in 1996 and Makenzie, born in 1998.

Hobbies/Interests:
Tricia’s children keep her going most of the time between motocross races, tumbling meets, wrestling meets, football, baseball, and softball there isn't a lot of time for much else. When Tricia does have a free minute, she enjoys reading, taking trips with her husband on their motorcycles, and relaxing on the deck chatting with the neighbors. In the summer of 2003, Tricia became a consultant for Tastefully Simple.
